As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we want to let you know that at Lactation Network, we’re continuing to provide you with in-office, in-home and telehealth lactation consultations while keeping your safety top of mind. As always, the location of any consultation will be determined between you and your consultant. 

We are so thankful for our healthcare heroes on the frontlines. During this time, our healthcare services—providing moms with insurance-covered lactation visits—are considered essential. You can rest assured that we’re following and staying up to date with the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization and other experts such as the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, and we encourage you to as well. If you have any questions about safety measures prior to your visit, please reach out to your lactation consultant directly.

Customer Service 

Our team is still here (just at home!) to answer any questions you may have about setting up your lactation consultation or to offer any other support you need. However, it’s possible that healthcare providers may be delayed in returning the required paperwork back to our team, and this may impact the speed at which insurance claims are processed.
